Orders / Timing : We will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, via UPS Ground Trac or Local Postal Priority Service.
Orders Recieved by December 2oth will be shipped to arrive in time for Christmas
Normal delivery on merchandise in stock can be made in 10 to 15 working days. Custom produces can be delivered in 15 to 20 working days. Should we be temporality out of stock or on back order, you will be notified accordingly. If you should need an order sooner we can and will make special arrangements at an additional fee.
Return Policy / Product Claims : All product is inspected before shipment. Should you receive your order in less than satisfactory condition, please contact Endless Creations within 4 days of receipt for replacement or for Endless Creation to file a product claim. When calling please have all the necessary information outlining the reason, the cause and have the damage information available to help us process your replacement or product claim as quickly as possible. ( If damaged during shipping, you must keep the product in original packaging and carton for inspection by the carrier. )
